Selected Highlights from this Issue:
- Students had the opportunity to study in Pennsylvania's capital through the Harrisburg Urban Semester.
- "And What About Zatae Straw?" discussed the woman's movement and the challenges that women faced at the College.
- Professor Joseph Schiffman discussed his research on Henry David Thoreau and Ralph Waldo Emerson in "Master & Disciple."
- The Philadelphia Orchestra received the Arts Award at the Bicentennial Concert in November 1972.
- Joseph F. Lipinski M.D. (class of 1933), Peter Sivess (class of 1936), and John D. Hopper (class of 1948), were inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame.
- A women's movement comes to campus to address the lack of female professors on Dickinson staff.
