Golden Alumni Name Tag, 1987

A rectangular paper name tag in a plastic sleeve with two attached golden ribbons with the text "GOLDEN" on the left ribbon and "ALUMNI" on the right ribbon. The name tag has a gold trim which frames the hand written name "Velva Diven Daihl, 1927" and "DICKINSON COLLEGE" typed in black. This object belonged to Velva Diven Daihl, class of 1927.

John Dickinson Foam Lion, 2007

A foam brown and yellow lion toy distributed at Homecoming/Family Weekend in 2007 in celebration of John Dickinson's 275th birthday. "Happy 275th Birthday John Dickinson" is printed in white on the back of the lion's brown mane.

Large Green, White and Red Pouch with Handle, c.1890

A large pouch made of tan leather with a handle, leather tassels and intricate bead work using red, green, white, blue, black and pink beads. The handle is dyed blue and attached with twine and leather bands to the top of the pouch. This object is from the Shoshone Indians at the Fort Hall Reservation, Idaho, and belonged to Zatae Longsdorff, class of 1887.

Lewis Gobrecht's Academic Tassel, 1955

Academic tassel of black braided cord worn by Lewis Gobrecht, class of 1955. Gobrecht majored in Political Science and History at Dickinson and was an active member of the College Choir, Glee Club, and the Dickinson Follies theater group. Gobrecht went on to have a long career teaching middle-school history in Carlisle.
