The Biennial Council of the First District of Phi Kappa Psi was held in Philadelphia. The Central Penn'a Conference was held in Chambersburg. Dance held in the Assembly Hall in honor of Miss Woodward. Mr. A. W. Hawks lectures on "Sunshine and Shadow".
