Baltic Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra of Riga, Latvia Performs

The Music Department presented a concert by the Baltic Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra of Riga, Latvia at 8:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall.  The orchestra performed Atli Heimir Sveinsson's "Doloroso", Edvard Grieg's "Two Melodies for String Orchestra", Carl Nielsen's "Lamentoso", Thorkell Sigurbjornsson's "Good Night", Jekabs Medins' "Legend", Jean Sibelius' "Romance in C", Hilding Rosenberg's "Little Piece of Violincello and Orchestra", and Arni Bjornsson's "Little Suite for String Orchestra".
