Christopher Roberts Concert

The Music Department presented a Christopher Roberts Concert by mezzo-soprano Lynn Helding and pianist Jennifer Blyth at 4:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall. The duo performed George Frideric Handel's "Presti omai"; Christoph von Gluck's "Ombra mai fu" and "Che faró senza Euridice"; Henry Purcell's "Nymphs and Shepherds", "Music for Awhile", "Ah, Belinda, I am prest", and "When I am Laid in Earth"; Ned Rorem's "Absalom"; William Schuman's "Orpheus with his Lute"; and Elizabeth Vercoe's Irreveries from Sappho.
