Combined Musical Clubs Perform in Shippensburg

As a part of their spring tour, the Glee and Mandolin Clubs performed their 1911-1912 program in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. The Glee Club sang Westman's "The Land of Harmony", Morse's "Good Night Moon", Shelley's "Dreaming", and Weslyn and Christie's "Baby Rose". The Mandolin Club played Suppe's "Finale from Overture" from Light Cavalry, melodies from Reinbardt's Spring Maid, and Daning's "Frat". The clubs combined to perform Bowers' "College Medley", which closed the show. In addition, Charles Goodyear sang a solo to Tosti's "Good Bye", Harry Loeser performed a violin solo, a quartette of men sang Roma and Ball's "In the Garden of My Heart", and Loeser played a violin solo to Tschaikovsky's "Songs Without Words".
