Noonday Concert

The Music Department presented a Noonday Concert in the Rubendall Recital Hall. Faculty performed selections from Kurt Weill's "Three Penny Opera" (arr. Stefan Frenkel), Franz Strauss' "Nocturno", Manuel M. Ponce's "Sonatina meridional", the traditional folk song "He's Gone Away" (arr. Jake Heggie), Marc Blitzstein's "I Wish It So", Paul JeanJean's "Arabesques", G. Popp's "La Chasse Galop Brillant, Op. 250, No. 1", John Dowland's "Sweet, Stay Awhile", Frédéric Chopin's "Etude, Op. 25, No. 7", and David Popper's "Hungarian Rhapsodie, Op. 68".
