The Pennsylvania Rural Gay Caucus is an association of interested individuals and groups, formed with the objective of promulgating the concerns and freedoms of gay people and all sexual minorities. The Liaison Committee was called together "to consider matteres of purpose and strucutre of the Pennsylvania Rural Gay Caucus." In this report, the committee resovled: the PA Rural Gay Caucus adopt a statement of purpose, each person present at Caucus meeting is considered a member of the PA Rural Gay Caucus which gives them one vote, officer posistions, term lengths, and responsibilities of specific posistions, and the creation of a permanent mailing address and mailing list.
