External passports (Заграничный паспорт) with green covers issued by the Russian government to Vassily (Basil) and Elena Troussoff in 1915, the year that they traveled to New York for Vassily to work as a munitions inspector for the Russian Army. Vassily's occupation is listed as a technician, and there are only stamps for one trip, as Basil remained in the United States after the Russian Revolution.
