Campus Update Newsletter December 1990

The Council on International Educational Exchange's (CIEE) newsletter, "Campus Update", discusses events going on within the council and in the field of study abroad in general. In the December 1990 issue some of the topics discussed include a recent CIEE conference, proposed study abroad legislation to be reviewed by congress, and the Immigration Act of 1990.
