Dickinsonian, May 4, 1910

Seniors present Dr. and Mrs. Reed with brass candlesticks in honor of their 21st year at the College.  Freshmen win the cap scrap agains the Sophomores by ingeniously concealing their caps in their shoes.  The day long Senior Ride up to Doubling Gap is a success.  Dickinson competes in annual Pennsylvania relay races in Philadelphia.  Student body is called to encourage the Senate to more activity and involvement.  Annual Dewey Night celebrations carried off more tamely than usual with a smoker in the gym.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity holds a smoker.  The Halloween Masquerade Carnival is a great success.  Delta Chi hosts an evening at Holly Inn.  Beta Theta Pi holds a Halloween dance in Assembly Hall.  YMCA prepares for Week of Prayer.  Phi Kappa Psi holds a Halloween dance in Armory Hall.

Comments on holding a smoker in the gymnasium. Celebration of Washington's birthday. Karmarian Club (all females) social event. Announcement of a day of prayer. General Horatio C. King lectures the college. Medical students witnessed an interesting operation. Banquet held on Lincoln day.
