Dickinson Hosts Civil Religion Symposium

Dickinson presented the Civil Religion in America -- Manifest Destiny and Historical Judgment as part of Dickinson's 200th anniversary celebration from April 12 to 14, 1973.  Some of the speakers included Robert N. Bellah, who was the keynote speaker, Timothy L. Smith, and James H. Smilie.
