Dr. Charles L. Schultze, who served as Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers during the President Carter's Administration, delivered a lecture titled "International Trade and American Living Standards: Myths vs. Reality" in Old West on October 24, 1997. The event was sponsored by the International & Business Management Program and the Clarke Center.
