Old West Declared Historic Landmark
Thu., Apr. 25, 1963
On Thursday, April 25th, 1963, Old West was certified as a registered national historic landmark and a memorial plaque was unveiled. Mr. Daniel Beard, Assistant Director of the National Park Service, presented the certificate. The Hon. George A. Goodling, Member of Congress, spoke at the ceremony.
