1911 Commencement Concert

The Glee and Mandolin Clubs performed a program of fourteen pieces for the 1911 commencement concert. The Glee Club sang Coe's "Honey, I Wants Yer Now", Protheroe's "De Sandman", and Gottschalk's "A Chilly Serenade". The Mandolin Club played Koshna's "Every Little Movement", Loeser's arrangement of "Potpouri", and Yradier's "La Palorna". Together, the clubs performed Offenbach-Spicker's "Baracarolli" from Contes d'Hoffmann and Gounod's "Soldiers Chorus" from Faust. Additionally Goodyear, McDonald, and Loeser peformed solos; Loeser and McDonald performed a duet to Donnizetti's "Sextette"; and a quartette performed Nevin's "The Rosary".
