1975 Student Recital

Dickinson students Jeanne Hartman (vocals) , Tim Konkus (piano), and Jane Gilmore (flute), and Gettysburg student Sue Short (piano) performed in a music recital at 3:00pm in Anita Tuvin Schlechter Auditorium. The first half of their program included Jacques Ibert's "Mon amante a les vertus de l'eau" and "On me dit..."; Manuel de Falla's "El Pano Moruno", "Jota", "Nana", and "Polo"; Emilio Arrieta's "Pensar en el No. 2"; Rupert Chapi's "Yo que siempre de los hombres, No. 9"; and Maurice Ravel's "Piece En Forme de Habanera". The show continued with Joseph Haydn's "Cavatina" and "Sandrina Ariajo"; Richard Strauss' "Heimkehr No. 5", "Schlagende Herzen No. 2", and "Nacht No. 3"; and George Frederick Handel's "Sweet Bird".
