1978 Parents' Day Concert

The 1978 Parents' Day Concert was presented in Anita Tuvin Schlechter Auditorium. Featuring performances by the Brass Ensemble, College-Community Orchestra, Collegium Musicum, and College Choir, the program included Giovanni Gabrieli's "Canzona per sonare No. 3"; the overture to Gioacchino Rossini's William Tell; a selection of Medieval and Renaissance music; Sir Michael Tippett's "Steal Away", "Nobody Knows", "Go Down, Moses", "By and By" and "Deep River"; and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Te Deum".
