1990 Winter Jazz Concert

The Music Department presented the Jazz Ensemble's tenth annual Winter Jazz Concert at 7:30pm in the Anita Tuvin Schlechter Auditorium. The ensemble performed Ralph Gingery's "Two-Deck Shuffle"; Doug Rasmussen's "Hey Babe!"; Dave Wolpe's "Sittin' Pretty"; John Berry's arrangement of "On Green Dolphin Street"; Steve Turre's "The Oven", "Viewpoint", and "Mellow-D for Mr. C"; Jerome Kern's "Why Do I Love You?"; Duke Ellington's "In a Sentimental Mood"; Steve Turre's arrangements of "My Funny Valentine" and Miles Davis' "All Blues"; and Dave Wolpe's arrangement of Ray Noble's "Cherokee".
