1994 Spring Symphonic Band and Brass Ensemble Concert

The Music Department presented a spring concert featuring the Symphonic Band and the Brass Ensemble at 3:00pm in the Rubendall Recital Hall. The ensembles performed Elgar Howarth's arrangement of Giles Farnaby's "The Old Spagnoletta", Tomaso Albinoni's "Andante", P. Jones' arrangement of Samuel Scheidt's "Galliard Battaglia", Frank Erickson's "Toccata for Band", Johann Sebastian Bach's "Prelude & Fugue in D minor" (trans. R.L. Moehlmann), G. Gabrieli's "Canzona per Sonare no. 4" (trans. Graeme Page, adapt. James Curnow), William Rhoads' "Galop Burlesk", John Moss' arrangement of Ray Henderson's Five Foot Two, Eyes of Blue", Mark Williams' "Viariants on a Nautical Hymn", and Henry Fillmore's "Americans We".
