Brass Ensemble Presents "Romantic Brass"

The Music Department presented "Romantic Brass," a concert by the Brass Ensemble, at 7:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall. The ensemble performed Ludwig van Beethoven's "Ode to Joy" (arr. Battles), Leonard Bernstein's "Maria" and "Tonight" (arr. Gale), Antonin Dvorak's "Dance Slave No. 8" (arr. Caens), Edward Elgar's "Chanson de Matin" (arr. Harvey), Victor Ewald's "Allegro Moderato" (ed. King), Percy Grainger's "Shepherd's Hey" (arr. Allen), Edvard Grieg's "Anitra's Dance" (arr. Allen), Gustav Holst's "Second Suite in F" (trans. Novak), Ludwig Maurer's "Three Pieces" (arr. Nagel), Ralph Vaughan Williams' "English Folk Song Suite" (arr. Villanueva), and Charles-Marie Widor's "Finale" (arr. Brown).
