College Band and Concert Chorale Perform

The College Band and Concert Chorale gave a concert in Bosler Auditorium presented by the Department of Music. The band opened the show with Lloyd Ultan's "Red Devils March". The choir then sang Randall Thompson's arrangement of "The Lark in the Morn", Arthur Warrell's arrangement of "The Keys of My Heart", George Gershwin's "Summertime", Wayne Howorth's arrangement of "Deep River", Noble Cain's arrangement of "Peter, Go Ring Dem Bells", Thomas Weelkes' "Welcome, Sweet Pleasure", John Wilbye's "Adieu, Sweet Amaryllis", and Johannes Brahms' "Der Abend". The final part of the program featured both groups in performing Alder and Ross' "Hernando's Hideaway", Forrest and Wright's "Baubles, Bangles and Beads" and "Stranger in Paradise", and Frank Loesser's "Standing On the Corner", "A Bushel and a Peck" and "I've Never Been in Love Before".
