College Choir Performs

The Music Department presented an "All-Sacred Concert" by the College Choir at 7:00pm in the Anita Tuvin Schlechter Auditorium. The choir performed "The Star-Spangled Banner"; the Dickinson Alma Mater; the traditional pieces "How Can I Keep from Singing?" (arr. Eric Nelson), ""How Great Thou Art" (arr. David Hamilton and Rischar), "The Drinking Gourd" (arr. André Thomas), and "Plenty Good Room" (arr. René Clausen); Stephen Paulus' "Pilgrims' Hymn"; Jane Marshall's "O God, You Are My God"; Josquin des Prez's "Ave Maria"; Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's "Hymn to the Virgin"; William Billings' "David's Lamentation"; Joshua Shank's "David's Lamentation"; and Johann Sebastian Bach's "Dona nobis pacem."
