"An Evening of Gershwin"

Capitol Trailways presented "An Evening of Gershwin: Carnegie Hall at Dickinson College," a concert of George Gershwin pieces performed by the Eaken Piano Trio with guest Dana Ivey, at 8:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall.  The trio performed "Prelude I: Allegro ben ritmato e deciso", "Prelude II: Andante con moto", and "Prelude III: Agitato" (arr. Eaken Trio); "Bidin' My Time", "S'Wonderful", "They Can't Take That Away From Me", "Strike Up the Band", "How Long Has This Been Going On?", "Stairway to Paradise", "Love Is Here to Stay", "Love Walked In", "Lady Be Good", and "Isn't it a Pity" (arr. Truman Bullard); "Someone to Watch Over Me", "The Man I Love", "Foggy Day", and "Let's Call the Whole Thing Off" (arr. Richard Kromer); and "Slap That Bass" and "Lullaby" (arr. Kristen Wesloh).
