"Images of Transience" Exhibit Opens

The fall 2002 Art Historical Methods seminar created an exhibit entitled "Images of Transience: Nature and Culture in Art" that addressed "the themes of nature as a mutable condition and human culture as an artificial construct" in art.  It was on display in the Trout Gallery from January 24 to February 22, 2003.
