Junior Vocal Recital

The Music Department presented a junior recital by mezzo-soprano Lisa Plumley, accompanied by Kee Mann Chang, at 3:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall.  Plumley performed George Frideric Handel's "Finché lo strale" and "Cara sposa, amante cara"; Johannes Brahms' "Wie Melodien zieht es mir", "Immer leiser wird mein Schlummer", and "Botschaft"; Gabriel Fauré's "Mandoline", "En sourdine", and "La lune blanche luit dans les bois"; Henri DuParc's "Chanson triste"; and Samuel Barber's "The Praises of God", "The Crucifixion", "Sea-Snatch", and "Sure on This Shining Night".
