Lynn Helding and Paul Rowe Perform

The Music Department presented a duet recital featuring mezzo-soprano Lynn Helding and baritone Paul Rowe, accompanied by pianist Gloria Whitney, at 4:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall. Helding and Rowe performed Henry Purcell's "Sound the Trumpet", "Turn then thine Eyes", and "Shepherd, Leave Decoying"; Franz Schubert's "Fahrt zum Hades", "Freiwilliges versinken", and "Memnon"; Joannes Brahms' Four Duets, Op. 28; Gustav Mahler's Des Knaben; John Duke's "Spring Thunder", "Be Still as You are Beautiful", and "The Mountains Are Dancing"; Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Il cor vi dono" and "Là ci darem la mano"; and George Gershwin's "Bess, You is My Woman Now".
