A Musical Homecoming Celebration

The Music Department presented "A Musical Homecoming Celebration," featuring the College Choir, the Jazz Ensemble, and the Octals, at 8:00pm in the Anita Tuvin Schlechter Auditorium. The ensembles performed Ronald Huntington's arrangement of the African-American spiritual "Joshua fit de Battle of Jericho", Eddie DeLange and Jimmy Van Heusen's "Darn that Dream", Robert Bridges and Gerald Finzi's "My Spirit Sang All Day", Stephen Sondheim's "Send in the Clowns" (arr. John Leavitt), and Irving Berlin's "Blue Skies" (arr. Roger Emerson), among other selections.
