Noonday Concert

The Department of Music presented the first Noonday Concert of the 1972-1973 academic year in Memorial Hall in Old West. Students and faculty performed a program which featured pieces such as Melchior Franck's "Intrade I", Heinrich Schutz's "Absalon Fili mi", Domenico Scarlatti's "Sonata in E minor", Gorge Cresto's "Norteno", Johann Sebastian Bach's "Schafe konnen sicher weiden", Felix Mendelssohn's "Rondo Capriccioso", Dmitri Shostakovich's "Fantastic Dance No. 1", and Joseph Bodin de Boismortier's "Concerto for Five Flutes and Harpsichord".
