Noonday Concert

The Music Department presented its first Noonday Concert of the 1989-1990 academic year in the Rubendall Recital Hall. Students and faculty performed Joseph Haydn's "Divertimento", Robert de Visée's "Suite in A Minor", Jacques DuPhly's "Pièces de Claveçin", Taillary's "Menuets for solo traverso", Frédéric Chopin's "Variations on a theme by Rossini for flute and piano", Johann Sebastian Bach's "Preludio from the Violin Sonata No. 1 in G Minor", Irving Fine's "The Frog and the Snake", Robert Convery's "The Hippo", and Celius Daugherty's "The Bird and the Beast" and "A quick trip to Basin Street".
