Noonday Concert

The Music Department presented a Noonday Concert in the Rubendall Recital Hall. Students and faculty performed Gabriel Fauré's "Pavane" (arr. Langford), Johann Sebastian Bach's "Sonata in E minor, BWV 1034", George Frideric Handel's "Oh, Sleep, Why Dost Thou Leave Me?", Ralph Vaughan Williams' "The Sky Above the Roof", the Russian folk songs "Poseyali devki Iyon" (arr. Alexander Grechaninov) and "Beryozka" and "Kalinka" (arr. Emily Crocker), Alexander Borodin's "Chorus of the Polovetz Maidens", Camille Saint-Saëns' "Oratorio de Noel" (arr. Bruce Behnke), Tomas Luis de Victoria's "Duo Seraphim", and Franz Biebl's "Ave Maria".
