Noonday Concert

The Department of Music presented the seventh Noonday Concert of the 1973-1974 academic year in Memorial Hall. The program included Karl Stamitz's "Serenades", the first movement of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Sonata in C Major (KV 330)", Josquin des Pres' "El Grillo", Giacomo Meyerbeer's "Hirtenlied", the first movement of Ludwig van Beethoven's "Sonata No. 10", and Alan Hovhaness' "The Spirit of Ink". The show concluded with two folk dances performed by the Dickinson College Israeli Dance Troupe.
