Victor E. Ferrall, Jr. Gives Address

Victor E. Ferrall, Jr., lawyer and President of Beloit College from 1991-2000, addressed Dickinson College as part of the 1991 Commencement exercises. Dickinson also awarded Dr. Ferrall an honorary degree.
