Noonday Concert
Tue., Apr. 7, 1970
Students and faculty of the Music Department presented the April 7 Noonday Concert. Darby MacKenzie played Ludwig van Beethoven's "Sonata Opus 10 No. 1--Finale", as well as an original composition,"Arise, my love", on which he was accompanied by soprano Bonnie Schwabe. Beth Bullard and Ken Laws played "Entracte" by Jacques Ibert. Finally, Linda Cline and Joan Boytim performed Henry Purcell's "Nymphs and Shepherds", Emmanuele Astorga's "Per non Pernar", and Samuel Barber's "Sure on this Shining Light".
