1974 Student Recital

Students Heather McGregor and Carol Kelley, accompanied by Mel Koch and Eric Fletcher respectively, performed in a joint recital in Anita Tuvin Schlechter Auditorium at 7:00pm. McGregor played five pieces on the flute: Michel Blavet's "La Bouget (Sonata VI)", Esteban Eitler's "Piece for Flute Alone", Claude Debussy's "Syrinx", Albert Roussel's "Tityre", and Ernest Bloch's "Suite Modale". Soprano Kelley sang Franz Joseph Haydn's "With Verdure Clad", Franz Schubert's "An die Nachtigall" and "Der Musensohn", Giancarlo Menotti's "Steal Me, Sweet Thief", Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Exsultate Jubilate" and "Alleluia", and five Greek folk songs by Maurice Ravel".
