Noonday Concert

The Music Department presented the seventh Noonday Concert of the 1977-1978 academic year in Memorial Hall. The program for this event included Felix Mendelssohn's "Venetian Boat Song No. 2"; two gavottes by Johann Sebastian Bach; Ralph Vaughn-Williams' "Vagabond", "In Dreams", "The Infinite Shining Heavens", "Whither Must I Wander", and "Bright in the Ring of Words"; Frederic Chopin's "Waltz in A-flat Major" and "The Emperor"; James Hook's "Sonata in G Major"; and Piotr Illyitch Tchaikovsky's "Joan of Arc's Farewell".
