Junior Vocal Recital

The Department of Music presented soprano Laurie Phillips and tenor Brook Garrett in their junior vocal recital at 3:30pm in Rubendall Recital Hall. They sang George Frideric Handel's "Singe, Seele", "Lascia ch'io pianga", and "As when the dove laments her love"; Johannes Brahms' "Wir Wandelten", "Therese", "Vergebliches Standchen", "O wusst ich doch den Weg zuruck", and "O liebliche Wangen"; Maurice Ravel's "Le Reveil de la Mariee", "Labas, vers l'eglise", "Quel galant m'est comparable", "Chanson des cueilleses de lentisques", and "Tout gai!"; Ned Rorem's "See how they love me", "Youth, Day, Old Age and Night", and "Sally's Smile"; and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "La ci darem la mano".
