John Eaken Performs

The Music Department presented a faculty recital by John Eaken, accompanied by pianist Gloria Whitney, titled "The Three B's Plus: Bach, Beethoven, and Brahms (plus Ysaÿe)" at 8:15pm in Rubendall Recital Hall. Eaken performed Johann Sebastian Bach's "Sonata in E Major for unaccompanied violin"; Ludwig van Beethoven's "Sonata in D Major, op. 12, no. 1"; Johannes Brahms' "Sonata in G Major, op. 78"; and Eugene Ysaÿe's "Sonata in E Major, op. 27 for unaccompanied violin".
