Dickinson Collegium Christmas Concert 2003

The Music Department presented the Dickinson Collegium's 2003 Christmas concert at 7:00pm on Sat., Dec. 6 and at 4:00pm on Sun., Dec. 7 in Memorial Hall. The ensemble performed Orlando Gibbons' "Hosanna to the Son of David," Francisco Guerrero's "Rorate caeli," Tomás Luis de Victoria's "Gloria," W. Ballet's "Lutebook Lullaby" (arr. G. Shaw), the traditional English tune "What child is this" (arr. A. Parker and R. Shaw), Gustav Holst's "In the Bleak Midwinter" (arr. A. Parker), Orlando di Lasso's "Jubilate deo," Victoria's "Agnus Dei," the traditional French carols "Masters in this Hall" (arr. A. Parker and R. Shaw) and "Angels We have heard on High" (arr. A. Parker), the traditional German carols "Maria durch ein' Dornwald ging" (arr. R. Hines) and "Silent Night," and Morten Lauridsen's "Les Chansons des Roses."
