In this issue, the Dickinsonian welcomes the incoming class. The rules of football are changed and the rules for underclassmen change as well.  Professor William Alfred Hutchinson is selected head of the Preparatory school after Professor Downes resigns. Kappa Sigma has a successful conclave. Dr. Morgan vacates post as sophomore class dean to become dean of the college.  Dr.
