John Bradford Wallace writes to Robert Coleman and James Hopkins, who have been nominated to a secret meeting of Federalists in New York. According to Bradford, the group's mission is to "change the administrations which are so fatally conducting the country to ruin." Includes a printed flyer, also addressed to Robert Coleman, advocating a similar meeting in Carlisle.
