1998 Constitution Address

Ira Glasser, the executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), delivered the annual Constitution Day Address. The lecture, which was titled "Civil Morality and the Bill of Rights," was held in Rubendall Recital Hall and was sponsored by the Clarke Center.
