Anniversaries of the Literary Societies 1868

This celebration was held on Monday, Dec. 21 and Tuesday, Dec. 22, 1868 in Rheem's Hall. On Monday, the Belles Lettres Society celebrated their 83rd anniversary. Six members gave orations. On Tuesday, the Union Philosophical Society celebrated their 80th anniversary. Six members of the society gave orations.
