Major C. Douglass Booth Speaks on Disarmament

Major C. Douglass Booth, noted English writer, lecturer and authority on Balkan affairs, spoke during the chapel period on the possibility of disarmament.  He argued that the League of Nations would only be successful if the U.S. and Russia joined it.  The International Relations Club sponsored Booth's visit.
