"U.S.-Mexican Relations" Lecture

Andres Oppenheimer, a reporter for the Miami Herald and expert on Latin American affairs, delivered a lecture titled "U.S.-Mexican Relations: What's Next?" in Rubendall Recital Hall on September 27. The Clarke Center and the department of Latin-American Studies co-sponsored the event.
