In the mid-1980s, the South Central AIDS Assistance Network (SCAAN) was formed by concerned members of the Harrisburg gay community, to provid services to HIV-positive individuals in the area. The AIDSWalk was an annual fundraiser held in Harrisburg, PA. This collection includes a SCAAN Walk for AIDS t-shirt and an AIDSWalk ’98 Harrisburg/Lancaster cap.
