Letters from W. W. Sellers to Eli Slifer

W. W. Sellers writes three letters to Eli Slifer, the Secretary of the Commonwealth, in which he discusses the formation of a company of volunteers from Fulton County, recommends James Pott for a commission in the Union army, and offers a list of "suitable persons" from in Fulton County " for enrolling the militia preparatory to the draft."
