  • The Alumnus discussed the College contributions to Carlisle's prosperity and students' efforts to help local families through the Big Brother and Sister program, Tutoring, and PEER (Program for Enrichment, Education, and Recreation).
  • Actor Fred A. Morsell (class of 1962) returned to Dickinson to work with Dramatic Arts Professor Dave Brubaker and perform in Shakespeare's Richard III.
  • Professor Joseph Schiffman discussed his study of Henry David Thoreau.
  • Samuel W. Witwer (class of 1930) was elected as President of the recently convened Illinois Constitutional Convention.
