1949 Christmas Choral Concert

The College Choir, under the direction of John Steckbeck, performed a program of eighteen songs for their annual Christmas concert at 8:00pm in Bosler Hall. The choir sang Bach's "Break Forth O Beauteous Heavenly Light", Palestrina's "Adoremus Te", Luvaas' "Hark, Now, Oh Shepherds", "No Candle was There and No Fire", Lenotovich's "Carol of the Bells", Cain's "Carillon (I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day)", Praetorious' "Lo! How a Rose ere Blooming", Berlin's "White Christmas", Ringwold's "Winter Wonderland", Waring's "The Christmas Story", Childe's "The First Noel", Gruber and Stone's "Silent Night", Adams' "Cantique de Noel", Neidlinger's "Birthday of a King", Williams' "Views in the Night", Proteroe's "Laudamus", Handel's "Hallelujah", and Lutkin's "Seven Fold Amen".
