1989 Winter Jazz Concert

The Department of Music presented the Jazz Ensemble in their ninth annual winter concert at 8:00pm in the Anita Tuvin Schlechter Auditorium. They played Mark Taylor's arrangement of Kurt Weil's "Mack the Knife"; Dave Barduhn's arrangement of Errol Gardner's "Misty"; Jeff Jarvis' "High Octane"; Roger Holmes' arrangement of Jerome Kern's "Can't Help Lovin' Dat Man"; Gary Carney's "Flying High"; Don Menza's "Groovin' Hard"; Dave Samuels' "Astaire's Way", "Living Colors", "The Outer Gate", "Summer Night", and "Sunset Glow"; and Sammy Nestico's arrangement of Billy Strayhorn's "Take The 'A' Train".
