Appreciating Abstract Expressionism Exhibit Opens

An exhibit entitled "Appreciating Abstract Expressionism" was held in the Holland Union Building from April 2nd to April 20th, 1973.  It displayed works on loan from the Baltimore Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, and the National Collection of Fine Arts.  The artists featured were Sam Francis, Hans Hofmann, Franz Kline, Barnett Newman, Jackson Pollock and Jack Tworkov.
